This quote is trying to say that no matter how good player you are, if you are a bad person, then that's what matters. If you are a good player and you steal, kill people, or something like that, then you are a bad person and that's what counts. That is what people will see about you. That is how people will know you. They will know you as a Bad person. Maybe you are the Best Player, but if you are a bad person, you will have a bad reputation.
