"Class/Self Evaluation"

New Media is a course where basically you learn about Computers. You can learn many things in this class. For example, you can learn how to type, use Microsoft Word, create new accounts, etc. This course is pretty interesting because there are a lot of things that you can do with a computer. What I liked about this class is that we get free time, we do researches, we do activities, and many more things. But there are a few things I didn't like about this class. What I didn't like is that we have New media for 8th period, and that means DETENTION! In the other hand, everything was cool. I really don't know if the class can improve. I think the class is perfect like this. I really didn't do my best in this class. I could of done better but there were some days that i didn't feel good, my head hurtled, and for that reason I didn't do some work. I think that I am committed to be a CTR person, but if a Choose the right I am sure that I am committed to be a CTR Person.

"Interdisciplinary Project Experience"

My IDP project went good. I was a little nervous but I tried my Best. Our topic was Ebola. At first we didn't know what to do, but then we met at the cafeteria in lunch time and talk about it. My part was Policy. It is a little hard for me so I decided to stay after school, ask for help. I learned a lot of things. For Example:

1. Ebola has no cure.
2. There is not a vaccine. 
3. There is severe symptoms for Ebola.

I think that we did good that day. The one thing that we didn't finish was the creative element. Our creative element was a Children's book. We didn't finish coloring it. The project helped me in my speak. I don't get that nervous anymore when it becomes to talk.

 I like this quote because it encourages you to always do Right. I think that doing what is right is always important but sometimes people also do something wrong so they can make a situation right.

I think that this quote is a good quote because it is true. It is better to be alone at home studying, watching movies, playing outside than drinking, doing what is wrong with bad company. 
Bad company will get you into bad stuff. They won't care about you. But if you are alone, there is more probability that you won't fall in bad stuff.

This quote specifically tells you that as long as you do the Right thing there is no absolute reason you should feel guilty or fear for yourself. For Example, if you see a homeless person out in the street asking for money and he comes up to you and ask you for some change and you give him what he is asking for then you will for sure feel so proud of yourself because you did what is right and therefore you won't feel guilty nor fear for yourself. An example of doing what is wrong is your witnessing something and no doing anything about it knowing you could have done something about it. Therefore you will feel guilty for quite some time and you will have the worst consequence of fearing.

Can people trust me to do what's right.? Yes, people can trust me to do what's right because I think that I am a very trust worthy person. Am I committed to doing my very best.? I believe that I am very committed to doing my absolute best because if I want to be someone in life, I have to be committed to doing my absolute best all the time. Even though sometimes I think I can't do something but I still try to do my best. Do I treat people the way I want to be treated.? Yes, I think I do treat people the way I want to be treated. I feel like in 2 Personalities, one when I'm with my Friend and Family and the other one when I'm in a place I've never been in. I'm very quiet when that happens but when I'm with my Friends or cousins or uncles we are loud. We laugh and play videogames and watch movies.

What this statement is trying to tell you is that in order for you to be intellectually active all the times, physical fitness can be a good tip to help out your intellectualism in all kind of ways. Physical fitness can help you and your mind process and organize things complex and subtle your mind. An example of this would be how back then the Greeks knew that the capacity of a healthy strong body can lead to intelligence and skill at the same time.

Germany

The place I want to go is Germany. It is located at Europe. I want to go there because I want to know how Germany looks like. I've seen some movies and some places from Germany come out, and they look pretty nice. That is why I want to go to Germany because it is a Pretty Country. 

   

Also because there are many people that like playing soccer. I like soccer and the soccer team is pretty good. They won the last World Cup.

I think this is a nice quote because it is true. Most of the time, Kind people do good and good things happen to them. And people that are mean, bad things happen to them. Also, Helping someone else makes you feel good inside. But we are Human beings and we make mistakes, and if everybody apply this quote to their lives, there wouldn't be people hurting other people or killing other people. We all need to pay attention to this quote. For Example, If we help out a homeless by just giving him a dollar, we can help them and the favor you did, God will return it to you. Kindness is a big thing and we need to have it. If we have it, we will have greatness.

"Thanksgiving week"

What I did in my thanksgiving week was to rest. The first thing I did on Friday when I got home from school was sleep. I slept until 9:30 pm and from that time on, I played Videogames all night long and I went back to sleep at 4:30 am, and that is what I did almost all the week. Sleep early and play Videogames all night long. Destiny, Call of Duty, FIFA, Resident Evil... Also, I watched soccer games on the TV. On Wednesday, my aunt and I went to buy turkey, potatoes, and the stuff that we were going to need the next day. That Night, my other aunt called us to spend Thursday with her and her Family so we decided to cook the turkey on Saturday just for us.The next day we went to y Tia's house at 6:00 pm and spend the rest of the day there. Friday we ate the leftovers and started decorating our house. Then on Saturday I went to play Soccer at South Gate Park. Then on Sunday I went to Church I spend the rest of the day playing Black Ops III.

This quote is a good quote because it is an advice. If it is not right, Why doing it.? What is the Benefit of it.? If it is not true, Why saying it.? What you get for lying.? Choose the right. Sometimes it can be hard but it is a better way to live your Life. Always tell the truth. Maybe you did something and you don't want to say it but have the courage to face it. 

            

"Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving Day"

Thanksgiving is a day where you celebrate for the blessings that you have. When you are being thankful for everything that you have. That day you eat dinner with your family, Spend time with your Family. The first Thanksgiving Celebration was on 1621 because they had a Great Amount of Harvest. The First  Thanksgiving was on Thursday November 26th 1789, and it was named "The First Ever National Thanksgiving Day" by George Washington. In the 19th century, It became an Official Holiday. Now I'm going to put some things that I'm Thankful for:

What this quote is trying to say is that Doing  what is right, honorable and fair is more important than winning and losing because it makes you feel good. This is an amazing quote because it is true. Also because it is the Right thing to do. Sometimes people say to be competitive but that doesn't mean that you have to cheat. This quote is trying to say that you have to have the courage to say no. If your "friends" tell you to smoke, Have the courage to say No to Wrong. Have the courage to face the truth. Why lying for.? Maybe it will get you out of a bad moment but, just for a while. If you say the truth, maybe it will literally hurt you but, it will be gone faster and it is a better way of solving problems. Do the Right thing because it is the right thing. It will benefit you, Maybe not in that moment but it will. Soon or later.

Health Sciences Librarian

I agree with his quote because its true . when u help someone you feel happy and relax. When is what recreation means to relax. We sometime think that do good is a job, but its not. It's really your break time. We need to do good because it helps you and the people you help.

For Example: Maria gets good grades and works hard that helping to win the basketball games. When so want to relax she goes to the retirement home to help out. She says it relax her seeing the smiles  of the people so helps. She love it because it help her relax but its also helping them. That's why i agreed with this quote.

Health Educator

Duties and Responsibilities:

This quote is trying to tell you to Don't sacrifice what you want the most for what you want now. If you want something and that's what you want the most, just keep on wanting it. Don't give up. If you want that something or someone, fight for it. For Example, If you really want a Videogame but you can have it now because you don't have enough money to buy it, don't waste it. Keep on saving money.

This quote means that having a good name is the best thing you can have in this life. Having a good name is the best thing because if someone says your name or talks about you and it brings happiness, then that's having a good name, but if it brings sadness, courage, then you have a bad name. This also means that having a good name is better than having people talking bad about you. If you are a good person, people will talk good about you, but if you are a bad person then most likely people will talk bad about you. Always have respect for yourself and never disrespect those around you. Choose The Right.!!

(ENT)Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

•        Manage diseases/ infections of the ear, nose and throat

•        Bachelor’s degree

•        Residency in an otolaryngology

 Reflection: I would not like to be one because it really doesn’t catch my attention to do that.

Success is your choice. This quote is trying to say that you make the choice of being Successful or a nobody. If you are successful is because you wanted to be Successful. On some ways my habits may par with my dreams. Only sometimes though because at times I may do wrong things and I might not notice doing them. Although I do have some habits that will help me accomplish my dreams.

Dermatologist

Duties and Responsibilities: dermatologist meet with patients do examinations surgery and train new learners for this job.

Salary: $300,000(median) for male-$262,500 for female.

Education: Dermatologist needs a doctoral degree which takes four years to get. They also need to take science classes.

Reflection: I don’t plan on becoming a dermatologist. I’d rather be something else.

Soccer Player

Duties and Responsibilities: Being a Soccer Player requires a lot of responsibility. When you are in the Field, you have to do your work, what you are supposed to do. If you do more, then that is… Perfect. In my case, being a Midfielder requires a lot of responsibility. Why? Because I’m the play maker. That means that I’m the one that attack and pass the ball to the strikers (Forwards) so they could score. If I do something wrong, that could cost us a Goal.

If you are a good player and you steal, kill people, or something like that, then you are a bad person and that's what counts. That is what people will see about you. That is how people will know you. They will know you as a Bad person. Maybe you are the Best Player, but if you are a bad person, you will have a bad reputation.

Reflection: I would like to be a dental assistant because it pretty much doesn’t involve me touching people’s mouth as much.

Sometimes being Obedient can be a little hard, But if you are an Obedient Person, you will be awarded. Cardiologist

Duties and Responsibilities: Cardiologists routinely receive referrals from other physicians who would like confirmation that a patient has a cardiovascular condition or who would like advice on how to best treat the patient. Cardiologists are also called for assistance in hospital settings when a patient has a heart attack, serious arrhythmia or heart failure. As they are seldom the first physicians to see a patient, cardiologists must quickly review the patient's medical history and ask questions regarding symptoms.

Education: First, an aspiring cardiologist must have a bachelor's degree in order to get into medical school. The most logical pre-med bachelor degrees include courses in chemistry, mathematics, engineering or psychology. Then one must gain a passing score on the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test). The four years in medical school covers standard medical terminology, medical judgment and clinical standard procedures. Potential cardiologists who complete the ten years of educational preparation must then pass a certification exam administered by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Reflection: I don’t plan on becoming one because I’m not too good at talking to people.

9/11 Memorials

       It was a normal day, just like any other one. The Twin Towers were attacked from 8:46 through 10:28. At first, everybody thought that it was an accident, but when the Second Tower exploded, they knew that that wasn't an accident. Nearly 3,000 people were killed.

Audiologist

Duties and Responsibilities: Administer hearing or speech/language evaluations, tests, or examinations to patients to collect information on type and degree of impairment, using specialized instruments and electronic equipment. Counsel and instruct clients in techniques to improve hearing or speech impairment, including sign language or lip-reading.

Salary: less than $74,913.

Education: audiologists must earn a doctoral degree (PhD or AuD) in order to be eligible for national certification.

 

Reflection: I don’t plan on becoming an audiologist but I might change my mind.
